“We were playing one day and he had slapped me really hard. He apologized straight after, so I didn’t think anything of it, really until this happened.”
Montgomerey posted more photos to her social media account and let the world know that she was pushed out of a moving vehicle by her boyfriend.
I was kicked out of a moving vehicle, then beaten and dragged, as I blacked out and was left lying there in my own puddle of blood,” she wrote. “Doctors said I could have died.”
A report by Black America Web who has been following updates with the story, stated her boyfriend was not charged and left walking out of the courts smiling and laughing. Social media have given Montgomerey a voice to be heard and an inspiration to many domestic violence victims and survivors of these horrific crimes.
It’s mind-boggling how jealousy and false accusations can lead to this point. The unnecessary lives lost due to men who are insecure and really never loved these women have left one dead and another severely beaten and left to die but fortunately survived
